This is a message from the Corinth Cafeteria.
We would like to clarify the Free & Reduced meal program for the 2022-2023 school year. The USDA waiver for free eligibility for all students expired on June 30th, 2022. All School Nutrition Programs have returned to the Free & Reduced meal application program to qualify families for Free and reduced meals.
If you were sent a letter last school year confirming your student’s eligibility for free meals, the 30 day grace period ends on October 15th.
Please complete the current application and submit before October 15th to ensure there will be no lapse in eligibility.
Our cafeteria payment program, TITAN, has not received updated student information at this time and we are unable to use our registers. This is also why some students are coming up as “not found” in the TITAN family portal. We are working to resolve this issue and will notify you again when the portal is working properly.
In the meantime, please let your student know that they can get their breakfast and lunch meals as they normally would from our cafeteria. The cashier is going to take their name as receiving a meal, and the transaction will be entered into TITAN when the issue has been resolved. If your student’s account should run into a negative balance you will be notified. When your deposit has been made into the account, the balance will reflect the current balance after settling the negative balance.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
