Dear Corinth Families,
We are excited to introduce a new program available to all Corinth students! Our district has partnered with Saratoga Hospital to offer a Student Health Services initiative.
Beginning Monday, December 12, 2022, an advanced practice provider will be available in our district to offer FREE medical care for all students. Some of their services will include: care for minor injuries and illnesses; mental health consultation; acute care prescription medication; and sports physicals. These professionals will share their time between the Elementary School and the Oak Street campus.
In order for students to take advantage of this great opportunity, parents/guardians must sign and return the Consent Form to their building principal.
