3000 lbs of Food Collected for Corinth Families in Need

On Tuesday, May 19, the YMCA of Saratoga delivered more than 3000 pounds of food to the Corinth Central School District. The food items were collected in a community outreach effort to provide assistance during the COVID-19 crisis to families in Corinth who are in need.

To help receive and organize the food for distribution this week were Corinth Food Service employees, Corinth Superintendent Dr. Mark Stratton, YMCA CEO Andrew Bobbit, and YMCA VP of Operations Scott Clark. (Pictured left to right)

Corinth residents who have been participating in the school meal program since COVID-19 forced the shutdown of school facilities are encouraged to pick up a box of the collected food, along with their children's daily meals, during the regularly scheduled school meal distribution on Wednesday, May 20 and Friday, May 22 from 9 to 10 a.m.
