CMS Math Club competed at the State Math Counts for the first time

A HUGE shout out to the Corinth Middle School Math Club who competed at the State Math Counts competition at RPI on Saturday, March 9 for the first time in the history of our middle school!

The team earned the right to compete with their 3rd place finish in the regional Math Counts competition last month where eighth grader Ashton Tokarski won the countdown round!

CMS Participants have been training after school, on Saturdays and over winter break with their adviser, grade 8 math teacher, Mrs. Tina Peck.

Congratulations, Tomahawk Mathletes: Ashton Torkarski, Cameron Wiseman, Austin Denno and Alex Wiseman! Thank you to Mrs. Peck for all of your work with our students!

Check out some photos on the district's Facebook page.
