Corinth Alumnus gives students insight into business career

On Wed., Oct. 10, business students had the pleasure of listening to Blake Saunders, a Corinth alum, speak about the career path he took after high school - Saunders sold the idea to students that they can achieve anything they set their mind to with hard work and drive.

Saunders, who graduated from Corinth in 2008, had an inspirational and motivational discussion with students, referring back to his years at Corinth High School and the impact many of his teachers had on him.

Saunders then went on to speak about his time in the Marines, his secondary educational background and what led him to choosing his particular career path. He was also able to introduce students to a pathway they might not have thought of before and told them to strive for what they want.

Saunders is currently employed by a business law firm and is an entrepreneur of several business ventures on the side.

Thank you to Mr. Saunders for all of his time with our students!
