The below information was provided by Mrs. Pat Siano:

Corinth Elementary School hosted our annual Flag Day celebration on Friday, June 14.

The school was fortunate to have many local veterans with join the celebration. They were treated to a special patriotic lunch prior to the festivities and introduced individually at the ceremony.

The program included each grade level performing a special patriotic song under the direction of our talented music teacher, Mrs. Lisa Janicke, the teacher Hand bell group, acknowledging the Four Freedom Essay winners in each building and presenting the guests with a generous check for the Corinth Food Pantry.

It was a fabulous day of patriotism with the district's community partners.

Many thanks to all who made this day special, including emcee, Mr. Scott Sprague. A tip of the hat to CES retired teacher, Mrs. Pam DeJoseph, who continues to play an integral part in planning the Flag Day event.

Check out more photos from the event on the district's Facebook page.
