Corinth students attend Leadership Conference

On Friday, November 16, six Corinth Middle School and High School students represented our district at the annual WSWHE BOCES Student Leadership Conference.

One representative from each grade level was selected to participate in team building, networking with students from other districts, activities cultivating their leadership skills and much more.

They were also able to hear from Keynote speaker, Jesse LeBeau. He shared his experiences overcoming his height, his extremely small town and many doubters to become an actor working with such celebrities as Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant.

A tip of the hat to chaperones, Student Government Adviser Mr. Greg Baker and Mr. Kevin Bruno.

The students who participated are as follows:

  • Gavin Bovee - Grade 12
  • Tyler Hanson - Grade 11
  • Elizabeth Jensen - Grade 10
  • Yesenia Hernandez - Grade 8
  • Meghan Watkins - Grade 7
  • Kerrigan Millis - Grade 6

Way to go, Tomahawks!
