Retiree News from Mr. Ruggiero

Great news to share from recent CCSD retiree, Mr. Rick Ruggiero!

Mr. Ruggiero recently restored a massive electric carillon and recorded a Christmas album! Click on the link below to hear the beautiful music that he recorded with this "new" carillon.

Mr. Ruggiero worked as a CCSD elementary and middle school teacher of band and music. In addition to helping many students embrace a love of music, he also started a Hand Bell ensemble and Chime Choir.

Our community was fortunate to enjoy the fruits of his volunteerism and generosity when he found and restored a carillon that was gifted to the school district by him. Every day after school, beautiful music could be heard playing from the roof of CCSD, including our alma mater. We were so blessed for almost 30 years to have him as a music teacher in Corinth. Click on the link below and enjoy his latest retirement project!

Thank you, Mr. Ruggiero!
