There's nothing better than seeing a little kiddo getting on the bus, the first day of school. The pride and fear on their face, touches the heart. Can you imagine being his or her rock?
Corinth Central School Transportation Department is having a Job Fair on April 8th, from 8:00 am-2:00 pm. The transportation department is at 30 Saratoga Ave. We are looking for people that love to drive and love children to become school bus drivers. Please come to the transportation facility on the 8th and actually drive a school bus before completing an application.. It's easier than you think. Once you see how easy it is you can be interviewed that day. New York State requirements to become a school bus driver include a High School Diploma or GED and a clean license. We will do all the bus training and assist you along the way. This is a great job for parents that want the same school schedule; grandparents that want just a little something to do; or self-employed individuals looking to supplement their income. It is a split shift with time off in between for a second job, run errands, and/or schedule appointments. You will also have the same holidays and school breaks that the children have. If you would like more information please come to visit us during our Job Fair or give us a call (518-654-2231) to answer questions and/or to schedule an appointment for another time. Please feel free to share this information with friends and family who are looking for employment. Thank you! We look forward to seeing you on April 8th. Mel Monica, Transportation Supervisor
