Two Corinth Juniors Honored For STEM Success

Congratulations to Corinth High School juniors Paige Eversole and Madeline Glogowski, who were recently honored by the Capital District Society of Women Engineers.

Paige and Madeline were nominated by Corinth Central School for the organization’s 2018 Certificate of Merit program, an achievement award presented to female students completing their junior year of high school.

As Certificate of Merit honorees, Paige and Madeline were invited to attend an award ceremony and dinner in April along with more than 50 other young women from around the Capital Region. The event included a keynote speaker representing women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and opportunities to network with STEM professionals in the area.

Paige and Madeline each received certificates from the organization that can be recorded on college and scholarship applications.

Thank you to NYSCD SWE for putting together this event, and to Paige and Madeline for representing Corinth.
