September Athletes of the Month:
Alex Wiseman (Boys Soccer): Alex is a level-headed leader, who leads by example on and off the soccer field. He walks the walk, and talks the talk. He gives every ounce of his being on the field as a defender, never gives up on a play, and is a thorn in the side of all opponents who are trying to score. As a captain on the team, Alex is a quiet leader who lets his actions do the talking. He is well deserving of this honor.
Desiree Neville (Volleyball): Desiree is a senior captain of the volleyball team and shows tremendous leadership for our young team. She consistently gives 100% on the court and leads the team in service aces, kills, and digs.
Maddie Baldes (Girls Soccer): Maddie has been playing an excellent midfield all year long. She has worked hard all season and can shoot from anywhere. She had a great week scoring 3 goals in the first two games and scored twice in the teams comeback victory versus Hadley Luzerne earlier in the month.
Ava Holmes (Field Hockey): Ava is a quiet yet persistent athlete. You don’t always hear her but you can witness her leadership at every game. She is always the first one to jump up and complete any task!
Keegan Baker (Football): Keegan has been a standout for our combined football team all year. He always gives his full effort in practice and his teammates take notice. He is one of the leading tacklers on the season. Even though he is one of the youngest members of the team, he is a leader on the field. His high motor helps energize the team on defense.
