Board of Education- Open Seat
Corinth Central School District will have two (2) open Board of Education seats, on the May 21st Budget Vote and annual election. Open Seats are a full five (5) year term on a seven (7) member Board. If you are interested in running for the board seat, please pick up a petition from the District Clerk in the District office between the hours of 7:45am to 4pm Monday through Friday. You must be 18 years of age, must be a resident of the district and have lived in the district for one year prior to the election date, may not hold any other public office, may not reside with any other school board member of the same board and may not be a current employee of the school. A minimum of 25 signatures from district residents is needed from petitioners. Deadline for submission of completed petition is on or before April 22, 2024. Petitions on that day (4/22/24) may be received until 5pm.
