The League of Women Voters of Saratoga County will host a “Meet the Candidates” forum for the upcoming Corinth Central School District Board of Education election on Tuesday, May 13, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Corinth High School Auditorium.
The forum will give the community an opportunity to hear directly from the three candidates running to fill one open seat on the Board of Education:
John Tangora, Jr.
Lorraine Tefft
Anthony Charoensook
The event will be held in person and recorded. It will also be publicized by the League on their website and at VOTE411.org.
Community members are invited to submit questions for the candidates in advance by emailing lwvscquestions@gmail.com no later than Friday, May 9. Please include “Corinth” in the subject line.
All questions will be reviewed by an impartial committee from the League of Women Voters. Questions must be relevant to the office, concise, and respectful. They must be directed to all candidates and should reflect broad community concerns. No personal attacks will be accepted, and no questions will be taken during the live event.
