The Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations® (SFO®) is a prestigious designation offered through ASBO International. Created by school business professionals, the certification proves a practitioner’s knowledge and professional competencies.
This recognition, highlighted by the Association of School Business Officials of New York (ASBO New York), reflects Mr. Varney’s commitment to excellence and his dedication to ensuring sound financial management across the district.
