This month, we’re thrilled to shine our Staff Spotlight on someone who brings heart, energy, and joy to our school every single day: Melissa Dickinson, our incredible Assistant Principal and CPSE Chairperson.
Melissa is the kind of leader who leads by doing. Whether she’s visiting classrooms, checking in with students, supporting teachers, or lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed, she is truly hands-on and deeply engaged in all aspects of our school community. Her presence is not only felt—it’s appreciated and valued by everyone around her.
Melissa is also a strong advocate for PBIS and positive school culture. Through her work, she helps create an environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to do their best. Her passion for building a positive school climate is evident in everything she does.
