Corinth Central School District will mark a historic milestone in its athletic history on Friday, January 16, as it formally inducts the first members of its newly established Athletic Hall of Fame.
The inaugural class of inductees includes Marty Sherman, Louise Carney, Tom Rentz, Danielle (Colbath) Keays, and Katie (White) Coccaro. These individuals were selected for their outstanding achievements, leadership, and lasting contributions to Corinth Central School District athletics.
The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place during the January 16 home basketball game, with the induction scheduled to begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. The event will bring together students, families, alumni, and community members for an evening of recognition and celebration. Exhibition games featuring youth commission basketball players will also be part of the evening, highlighting the connection between Corinth’s athletic traditions and the next generation of student-athletes.
The Athletic Hall of Fame was established to honor alumni, coaches, and community members who have made significant contributions to athletics at Corinth Central School District. The District thanks everyone who participated in the nomination process for this inaugural class. The nomination form has been reopened and will remain available through December for consideration of future inductees. Nominations not selected this year will remain on file for future review.
Corinth Central School District looks forward to honoring these distinguished individuals and celebrating the proud athletic traditions of the Corinth community.
