Athletic Hall of Fame Class 2026

Corinth Central School District marked a historic milestone for its athletic program with the successful hosting of its first-ever Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Friday, January 16, in the Corinth High School gymnasium.

The inaugural event honored five outstanding individuals whose achievements and lasting contributions have shaped and strengthened athletics at Corinth Central School District. The 2026 Induction Class represents a remarkable legacy of athletic excellence, leadership, and service to both the school and the broader Corinth community.

The evening began with opening remarks from Athletic Director Hilary Haskell, who was joined by members of the Athletic Council. Their dedication and vision helped bring this meaningful new tradition to life. Honorees were selected from numerous community nominations and were highlighted on the district’s social media platforms throughout the week leading up to the ceremony.

Each inductee was recognized with a personal tribute read by members of the Athletic Council and escorted onto the gym floor by members of the varsity boys basketball team. Honorees were presented with flowers, a commemorative plaque, and Riverhawk apparel before being joined by family members at center court. The packed gymnasium, filled with alumni, current and retired colleagues, student-athletes, and community members, rose to its feet for five heartfelt standing ovations, celebrating the lasting impact of each honoree.

"This Hall of Fame induction ceremony was a powerful reminder of how athletics unite our community across generations. I’m grateful to our Athletic Council and especially Athletic Director Hilary Haskell for putting together such a meaningful event," Superintendent Dr. Mark Stratton said.
