UPK Registration

We are excited to share that we will be adding a 3rd UPK class this fall. With enrollment continuing to grow, this expansion allows us to welcome more of our youngest learners and better serve our families.

Corinth Central School District is reminding families that registration remains open for the Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program at Corinth Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. Families who have not yet applied are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.

The UPK program is offered at no cost to district residents and provides a play-based, developmentally appropriate learning environment led by New York State-certified teachers to help prepare children for kindergarten.

The full-day program runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and follows the district’s 180-day school calendar. Students have access to breakfast and lunch and participate in enrichment opportunities including physical education, music, art, and library.

Children who turn four years old on or before December 1, 2026, and reside within the district are eligible. The addition of a third UPK class increases our capacity to serve more students. If space remains, late applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program reaches capacity, a waitlist will be created.

Families interested in enrolling their child are encouraged to contact the elementary office at 518-654-2960.
